Supply Chain Assistant and Website/Social media Coordinator

I joined TH Clements in July 2013 and after 3 months as Costing/Admin clerk I was promoted to Supply Chain Assistant. Recently I have also taken up the role as Website and Social Media Coordinator too.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my Fiance, family and friends. My hobbies include watching TV and movies, going to gigs (Music and Comedy), reading, and spending time outdoors. Also one of my other passions is cooking and I particularly enjoy trying new recipes out!

Favourite Meal - I would consider myself a foodie however my favourite meal is Fish & Chips.
When in London I love visiting Bahn Mi Bay which is an incredible Vietnamese restaurant which uses the freshest ingredients to create dishes packed full of flavour - I always have Summers Rolls followed by the chargrilled Satay Chicken Noodle salad!

Book, TV or Film - Book - Me before you by Jojo Moyes, TV- Gavin & Stacey and Film - Mamma Mia or Harry Potter

Favourite Band/Singer - I'm really into music and enjoy most genres of music - anything from 90's Club to Indie. I'm well known for singing along to any music in my car wherever I go - badly I may add!  However, I really enjoy listening to Ed Sheeran, Bastille, Coldplay, Florence & the Machine, Killers, Razorlight and Tom Odell.

Holiday Destination - The Greek Islands however for a city break, I love visiting Amsterdam. My first ever flight was to Amsterdam when I travelled with friends for the weekend. After that memorable weekend away I always said to my partner how it was my favourite city and wanted to go back with him. So he treated me to a weekend away and proposed to me whilst there!

First Job -  Kitchen Assistant

Favourite Sport - Tennis or BDO Darts

First Car-  A bright red Nissan Micra Dot which I fondly named 'Dotty'.

Favourite Quote - 'You're entirely bonkers. But I'll tell you a secret. All the best people are!' - Lewis Carroll

Interesting fact about me -  When I was younger I took up Judo and represented Lincolnshire and Giles Secondary School - competing for the County and the school on numerous occasions.
