Despatch Co-ordinator /Office Administrator

TH Clements is a leading supplier of fresh produce to the retail industry. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Despatch Co-ordinator/Office Administrator to join our team.


You will be required to:


  • Assist with sales order processing
  • Despatch orders and liaise with transport companies
  • Produce load plans, utilising trailer space in the most efficient way
  • Communicate with our production and stock department to ensure sufficient stock is available for out-loading
  • Manage tray and pallet stock both internally and across our satellite packing sites, ensuring sufficient stock is available at all times
  • Produce delivery notes for customers
  • Provide cover for the despatch manager

Applicants must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, good attention to detail, IT literate, dynamic, flexible and a can-do attitude.

This is a full-time position working 5 days in 7 with 1 day to be worked at the weekend. Competitive rates of pay, pension scheme with a generous holiday allowance.
