Due to ongoing development of our farming business an opportunity has arisen for a skilled tractor driver to join our team
The Job:
· To work in cultivations, ploughing, irrigating, planting and other skilled tractor work
· Working within a 20 mile radius of the Boston area
· Utilising a wide range of farm equipment including some of the latest tractors, crawlers and cultivation equipment
· Involvement in potatoes, Arable and Brassica growing using modern machinery
The successful candidate:
· Being able to work as part of a team and be able to work on your own initiative
· Great attention to detail and willingness to take on responsibility
· Understanding of advanced farming methods and machinery
· Professional, flexible and pro-active
· Commitment to Health and Safety and the environmental impact
· Experience in a similar position is preferred but training will be given
