Our Crispy Parmesan Sprouts are the perfect festive Canapé to serve alongside a glass of your favourite wine or bubbly!


Even Sprout haters will love this savoury finger food - trust us!


Ingredients

• Leftover boiled sprouts ( cooked till soft and crushable)
• Block parmesan or pecorino
• 1-2 tablespoons Olive oil
• Salt and pepper


Cook in a preheated oven at 180c for 15 minutes or until cheese and sprouts are golden brown and crispy
