Honey and Mustard Brussels Sprouts Slaw

300g whole sprouts - prepped trimmed / finely shredded
1 carrot - coarsely grated
½ red onion - sliced
50g dried cranberries
1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp honey
½ tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
Pinch salt & Black pepper
Methods:

Add prepped vegetables & cranberries to a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

In a separate small bowl mix together dressing ingredients and then add to the salad.

Mix & serve.
