Roasted Sprout Nachos

Our Roasted Sprout Nachos recipe is the perfect dish to cook on Christmas Eve and eat whilst watching a Christmas Film or to serve at any parties over the festive season.

Ingredients -

• 500g peeled sprouts, halved
• 2 tablespoons Olive oil
• 1 pkt of taco seasoning
• 1 x 285g jar of good quality salsa ( we used Capsicana easy-going salsa)
• 250g mixed chilli cheese and cheddar
• 100g tortilla chips
• 3 tablespoons Sour cream
• 100g Sweety drop peppers


Put Sprouts, oil and taco seasoning onto a tray into at 180°c for 15mins . Add on salsa, tortilla chips, cheese and sweety-drop peppers. Cook for 5mins or until cheese melts. Finish by topping dish with sour cream.
