Roasted Sprouts with Sage and Cranberry Butter

Ingredients –
400g of sprouts peeled and cut in half lengthwise
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to season
150g butter
45g chopped dried cranberries
6g sage finely chopped
1 tsp vegetable bouillon powder
Method –
1.Preheat oven to 180°c
2.Soften the butter and mix in the rest of the ingredients
3.If you want to make little rounds of butter like in the photo, shape the butter into a long sausage on cling film and refrigerate to set then slice into 1-2cm thick rounds
4.Place the sprouts in a roasting tray, season and drizzle with oil and cook for 15 mins.
5.In the last 5 minutes of cooking add in a few good knobs of the butter or just place on top to melt when you serve up as pictured
