Parmesan and Mustard Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients –
400g cauliflower floret
30g parmesan as finely grated as possible
40g Dijon
30g olive oil
Pinch of salt
Method –
1.Preheat oven to 180°C
2.Combine the Parmesan, Dijon, salt and olive oil in a bowl
3.Add in the cauliflower florets and toss to coat in the parmesan mustard mixture
4.Cook in the oven for 15mins or until tender
5.Serve and enjoy
